Consumer Fraud (Affinity and Mortgage Fraud) - Brian Hunt

 

Brian T. Hunt was born and raised in Roy, Utah. He attended the University of Utah on a debate scholarship and graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He got his law degree in 2001 from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, following which he practiced criminal and civil litigation as a partner in a small firm. He was named one of Utah’s Legal Elites in the Utah Business Magazine in both 2006 and 2009, for business litigation and civil litigation, respectively. Since 2008, he has been the General Counsel for City 1st Mortgage Bank, operating in 23 states. He lives in Holladay with his wife, and has three children and two grandchildren.
