E-Discovery - Hedda Litwin, NAGTRI

 

Hedda Litwin is a NAGTRI Program Counsel and Cyberspace Law Chief Counsel for the National Association of Attorneys General where she is responsible for developing cybercrime, electronic discovery and crime victims services training programs and supporting the attorneys' general cyberspace initiatives.

 

She writes the bi-monthly NAGTRI Cybercrime E-Newsletter and the monthly NAGTRI E-Discovery Bulletin. At NAAG, she staffs the Internet Safety and Cyber Privacy Committees and the Southern Region Conference. She is a frequent speaker and currently serves on the NCMEC task force on cyberbullying. She received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law while working full time and clerked for the late Honorable Eugene Spellman in the U.S. District Court for the Southern Region of Florida. She is a member of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Florida State Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group One
