E-DISCOVERY

Daniel Widdison

Megan Hutchins

Megan is a paralegal in the Employment Section of the Litigation Division. She has been with the Office for four years, having previously worked for Salt Lake City. She has attended many classes on e-discovery and has been instrumental in helping the Litigation Division navigate complex, document-intensive cases and discovery disputes. Megan aspires to lead her own country, preferably on a tropical island, where she will be loved for her discipline, attention to detail, and ability to get things done. She enjoys putting down rebellions, military parades, and tennis. Megan is not a nerd, has never seen a Star Wars movie, and did not know what e-discovery was before she came here. Now, she is a master of the craft and wants everyone to know that if she can do it, so can you.

Daniel is an attorney working in the Employment Section of the Litigation Division. Practicing law here at the Attorney General’s Office has given him the opportunity to join together the two things he’s best at: being a lawyer and being a giant nerd. In his spare time, he pays penance for going to law school by convincing aspiring lawyers that there are better ways to spend loads of money and sacrifice their humanity. He has four little monsters who are just like him. Daniel has very strong opinions about stuff that doesn’t matter. Daniel learned e-discovery so he could outmaneuver a particularly obnoxious opposing attorney, and accidentally became good at it.

Materials are forthcoming.
