Appellate Case Update -

Brent Burnett

 

Brent has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Utah for over 30 years.  He has been the section chief of the Civil Appeals Section in the Litigation Division and currently serves in the Civil Appeals Division.  He has taught in the Paralegal Program of Salt Lake Community College and has taught CLE classes for several groups, including the Utah State Bar, the Utah Attorney General’s Office, the Statewide Association of Public Attorneys, and the Statewide Association of Risk Managers.
